"Aura" is an evening, fall 2017 textiles collection exploring extraterrestrial form and the unknown. The idea derrived from both thoughts of  utilizing  soft fabrics for comfort/softness against the skin, while incorperating earth tones and both themes of territory and identity.  The concept of this line probes the idea of beliefs and truth. With clear alien inspiration the line explores the ideas of fantasy, reality, perception, and the 20th-century avant-garde movement in art and literature, that sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind. This explores point of view, thinking what we see is truth rather than perception. The collections also grasps the idea of mysterious entities that exsists but were never seen. The fusion of ideas is illustrated using neutral colors and enchanting silohettes that flow with free formation on the body. This emphasizes  drapability  and durability of the chosen textiles, making the croquis appear god-like. The apparel is made with light, medium, and heavy weight fabric  emphasising grace yet structure while wearing the one of a kind pieces.
